400 -year old whale oil lamp with chain and hook given to Mary Kithcart, Melvin's wife.  This was kept in the Kithcart family for at least 150 years. 

Gravestone of Nathan M and Ruby Kithcart in the Rich Hill Cemetery. 

Original Rich Hill home that Melvin's grandfather  built with stone from Carthage, MO and hauled by rail.  They had a 100-acre orchard.  


On the back of this photo it says: Home where all kids were
